Out of everything we do, every single day, how much of it is actually focused on YOU? Women have a tendency to put the needs of others first. It's not our fault - it's how it's been for generations. We put unrealistic expectations on ourselves to be the best mother, wife, friend, employee, etc - but - "we" often get lost somewhere in the mix. We can ask her to take some slow breaths, but, most often - she will instantly respond when we tell her "Take some deep breaths for the baby", ""Get lots of oxygen down to your baby"....She'll do anything for that baby - less so for herself.
