Our "Pregnancy Doula" Package will prepare you in the same exact ways we would prepare any of our traditional Birth Doula clients. Providing information and support as well as expert insight to a world you are rarely exposed to. Doulas are familiar with policies and options and can realistically lay out all of the options for you while also educating you on the risks and benefits of each. 

Hiring a Pregnancy Doula will greatly reduce your stress level and the need to do massive amounts of research on your own. She will also provide you with ways to keep you and your baby aligned and prepared for childbirth which can absolutely contribute to shorter, easier labors! Who doesn't want that?!

Pregnancy Doula Services Include:

• 3 Prenatal Meetings in person or via Facetime
  1st: Develop an extensive Birth Plan and Become fully Informed & Educated.
  2nd: Overcome anxieties & clarify roles and expectations. 
  3rd: Gain the practical tools you will need to get through your labor.
