Everyone knows baths are wonderful tools to help us get through labor, but, few people are doing or talking about safe ways to enhance this experience for the mother physically as well as emotionally. This blend was designed to comfort the mother while encouraging the process of labor and is very easy to use at home or in the hospital. Simply throw in your birth bag and make when the time is right!
Each kit contains 6 tea bags using 2-3 tea bags per bath. You can use this in 1 of two ways:
Strong: Add 2-3 bags to a large, hot cup of water and allow to brew for 20 minutes + then add to bath water (let the tea bag float in the tub as well).
Mild: Add the tea bags right to the water for a milder experience.
If you don't use it all, be sure to take some mommy time during your recovery and use what's left!
